RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a very flexible returns policy. If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
- It should be unused and unwashed.
- The product should be in the original condition, unaltered or without any sort of damage whatsoever
- The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present
- The product must be returned within 7 days
- Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
- This policy is not applicable for customised/altered dresses, socks/stockings and gift vouchers.
- The Return shipping charges should be paid by the buyer.
- Once the returned product is received, the refund will be processed upon successful completion of the quality check.
