Images shown on the website may or may not be 100% accurate as of the actual product. This may happen because the product has recently updated or there is some internal image error with the website. But you will not receive a completely different product. If there are any issues with an order, please do contact us. We do value 100% customer satisfaction. 

Once you make a purchase, you should receive a receipt automatically sent to the email you specified. We could also provide an additional invoice if you request. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If any issues, please contact us and we can get them resolved for you.

If you have issues with the product you have received, please email us with the reason for the return and we can get the return process started for you. Please note all items eligible for return must be sent back in their original packaging. You can return an item only in the first 7 days after you have received it.

Return Policy

• Item is defective
• Item was damaged during the shipping.
• The wrong item was sent by the seller.

A return request can be rejected due to the following reasons:

• Damages due to misuse of the product by the buyer.
• Any product that is returned without original packaging and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
• Garments, which is ‘made to order’ at customer’s request.
• Clothes used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way

Buyers can return their items within 7 business days.

We currently support worldwide shipping. Please do provide the exact address in order to receive your product in a timely manner. If your address is located in a hard to reach area, please do provide us with additional shipping information.

Once we received the order, we will ship the order within 2 business days with UPS , ICS courier service or in person.
