Where and when can I receive my order?
We currently support worldwide shipping. Please do provide the exact address in order to receive your product in a timely manner. If your address is located in a hard to reach area, please do provide us with additional shipping information.
Once we received the order, we will ship the order within 2 business days with UPS , ICS courier service or in person.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We try to keep the website up to date with our best efforts. If we restock the items, we will try to update the site soon as possible. But you can always contact us to get updates regarding product stock.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once you make a purchase, you should receive a receipt automatically sent to the email you specified. We could also provide an additional invoice if you request. How many days do I have to return an item?
All eligible items can be returned in the first 7 days after receiving the item. Please ensure you have the original packaging before returning. If any issues, please contact us so that we can assist you in the return process.

If you have issues with the product you have received, please email us with the reason for the return and we can get the return process started for you. Please note all items eligible for return must be sent back in their original packaging. You can return an item only in the first 7 days after you have received it.
